Fee Structure

We structure fees to suit each individual client and we are flexible in terms of either :-

Scale Fee
A scale fee, fixed in advance, to undertake a specific instruction.

Success Related Fee
A contingency fee which reflects our success in negotiations and would normally be agreed at a percentage of what we achieve for our client in say a rent review negotiation.

Hybrid Fee
We would also offer a combination of the above two structures with a fixed element together with a success related portion
